At Jade Glow Haus, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products, gift cards, or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
